On Monday, December 11, 2023, students were treated to a special laser show by "Prismatic Magic". The theme was Winter Activities. They students were excited by the lights and music!











Ms. Noll's first grade class won a drawing for a fabulous holiday treat!
On Friday, December 8th, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. at Salisbury University hosted the students, Ms. Noll, and Dr. Miller for classic games, food, and fun. The children enjoyed the Guerrieri Student Union on campus. Each student in the class also received a brand new toy and coat for the holiday!

Last week, award winning illustrator and Washington High School graduate, Bryan Collier visited Princess Anne & Greenwood Elementary Schools to share his story of success (after many failures) and his favorite children's story, "Knock Knock. My Dad's Dream for Me" by Daniel Beaty, illustrated by Bryan Collier. 
Students had the opportunity to ask Mr. Collier questions about his work at the end of the assemblies. Bryan shared with students "Everyone is an artist. Everything is possible." Thank you, Mr. Collier for sharing your impactful story with our students!

Bryan Collier, a children's author and illustrator, will be visiting our school on November 14th. Students have the opportunity to order a signed book using the order form below. Please note - orders are due on Monday, November 6th. Order forms should be coming home.


Somerset Veterans: please join us for a Veteran's Day celebration at either high school on November 9 at 8:00 a.m. Crisfield and Washington High will hold honorary programs and serve breakfast to local veterans and guests. We hope to see you there!



The cost of the dance is a $1 donation to the United Way!
