After cooking up Copycat KFC mashed potato bowls, members of the Cooking & Gardening Club cleaned up the garden beds and planted tomatoes & peppers that previous members have grown from seed. Other plants were obtained from a local garden enthusiast, Tim Howard. In addition they have started experimenting with growing potatoes using compostable grocery bags in laundry baskets.

Winning the Smoothie Challenge was Team Mango Pineapple. Coming in 2nd place with what was considered a tie were teams Mixed Berry and Orange Dreamsicle. Securing 3rd place was Team Creamy Coconut.
Congratulations to all members of the Cooking & Gardening Club for serving up a delicious treat for those that attended the STEAM night!
